QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Applicants for undergraduate scholarships MUST be initiated members who are rising juniors and seniors.
2. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required for consideration for a scholarship.
3. Scholarship recipients must be full-time students, in the United States or Canada, for the entire 2025-2026 school year.
In addition to general eligibility guidelines, many scholarships are designated for candidates with certain qualifications. Available scholarships and criteria are outlined on the Foundation page on the Alpha Epsilon Phi website. Applicants do not have to select the individual scholarships for which they would like to apply. Rather, upon submitting the Alpha Epsilon Phi Foundation scholarship application, applicants are automatically candidates for any scholarships for which they qualify.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. All applications and additional documentation must be completed through Submittable, no later than April 1, 2025. Additional documentation includes:
- Two letters of recommendation - One letter of recommendation must be from your chapter advisory board member or volunteer. One letter of recommendation must be from a professor or employer. No letters of recommendation will be accepted from undergraduate members or family members. Please note, if you would like to be considered for the Beth Kersten Saul Scholarship for Panhellenic Involvement, you will be required to submit a third letter of recommendation specifically from a campus Greek Life/university representative on letterhead.
2. A recent photograph should be included with your application submission. Please note, photos are not used during the scholarship application review and selection process. Photos are only used for the announcement of scholarship recipients.
3. An official university grade transcript and proof of enrollment.
4. Optional: To be considered for a need-based scholarship, or any named scholarship that identifies need as a criteria, copies of signed 2024 Federal Income Tax Form 1040 for both parents and applicant (first two pages only) will be required. All information will be kept in the strictest of confidence. Please contact Joan Goldstein at foundationscholchair@aephi.org if your 2024 tax forms are not available.
Failure to include all required documents through Submittable automatically disqualifies the applicant.
